Conventional IVF Conventional IVF is usually suggested to couples with normal or slightly altered sperm parameters; the couple’s age and cycle specify how to be done. Typically, the sperms washed in special IVF drops meet with eggs surrounded by Cumulus-Oocyte complex in a controlled environment in order to be fertilized which is called insemination or oocyte fertilization. After fertilization, the number of PNs and the embryo formation are checked the next day. Once fertilized, the eggs grow and divide within themselves for three to five days, before they are implanted into the uterus.
