You can have any family health history and records related to your health. They may guide the doctors to have better diagnosis leading to improve the treatment.

Your consultant/ physician will continuously keep in touch with you via your mail address to provide you with required instructions on demand or at time of necessity.

You can request an interpreter when you make your appointment. The interpreter supports you in all your treatment stages including admission to the clinic, Performing the required tests, examination by a doctor, preparation of medicine and treatment. The service is free of charge inside Royan Institute. To receive services of interpretation out of Royan Institute, you have to pay charge.

A description of your current condition, findings, procedures and treatment provided and any post treatment care such as dietary instructions, medications and medical orders, plans for medical follow-up and other future steps will be submitted in the case summary report.
